All of our packages have a Cooking on the campfire workshop as its base, where everyone’s talents are taken advantage of. The group feeling increases if you have fun and create some beautiful together. You can set up a full programme (or request us to do so) for either half a day or a full day. If the weather is not that nice, another solution can always be found. Our main objective is to have you still talking about your experience next year!

Surrounding area
There are various nature reserves in the area of Someren and De Groote Peel National Park that are great for hiking, cycling or driving a ‘Carver’. The electric E-choppers and Carvers – we are the only company that rents out Carvers in the Netherlands! – allow you to explore the countryside without taxing nature because they don’t make a sound. And, just like on an ordinary bicycle, it is possible to have a conversation.
We do not focus specifically on children, but it is possible to install a child’s seat or Maxi Cosi, which means that the little ones can be taken along safely.

BuitenEten only receives groups or eight or more, although families do find us in the holiday periods in particular (especially for driving a Tuk Tuk). A package can be made to match the desires of your group perfectly, whether that be an adventurous treasure hunt, or a picnic out in the countryside. A pizza for dinner, or a T-bone steak from that Texas Longhorn. Or you could go on a field trip on the ranch, play a game of frisbee gold or enjoy a ‘high campfire wine’. All of this is possible at our place!

Our Longhorn Ranch is the only business in the Netherlands with a herd of Texas Longhorns. This makes our meat very exclusive – especially if you know that, on average, we slaughter only two cattle per year.
